SilverTel has designed and developed several Power over Ethernet (PoE) module ranges to suit different applications. PoE modules require minimal external components and all have built-in signature recognition and class programming which complies to the IEEE802.3af standard. For flexibility most of PoE modules are available with different output voltages, all have output voltage offset adjustment, short circuit protection and thermal protection. These PoE modules provide a cost effective and easy to use solution for applications such as Voice over Internet Protocol phones (VoIP phones), webcams, wireless access points, security cameras, security equipment and door entry systems. Available in single in line (SIL), dual in line (DIL) and surface mount (SMT) packages.
