WHM Series SMT PA
WHM series SMT power amplifiers (PA) have super wide bandwidth with standard 6-pin leadless packages with one standard size of 0.20" x 0.40" x 0.080". Besides offering very wide bandwidth and low noise, the PA provide exceptional linearity and gain flatness. The output power ranges from 0.5 W to beyond 4.0 W and IP3 as high as 50 dBm. The different models cover the frequency from kHz up to 3.0 GHz. The power amplifiers bring you the un-matched advantages of convenient PA design, high volume SMT assembly, miniature size, and excellent thermal dissipation.
